Safety first, change you passwords! 🔒

Update your platform password if you haven't done so since February 2022

Staying safe is important. Both offline and online. Back in February 2022 we updated the security requirements for platform passwords, so this is a quick and painless reminder:

If you haven’t updated your password since February 2022, you need to do it ASAP. If not, next week (July 15th), if you access the platform you’ll have to update it then. 

If you do not access the platform until September 2nd, bad news: your access will be blocked. You will then get an email where you’ll be asked to change your password to regain access to your account.

Merchants, do it here:

Also, if you’re using the API, you must update your new password in the API credentials.
